  • Adobe's biggest launch ever

    Adobe has today taken the wraps off the latest version of its Creative Suite product family, CS4, in what it described as its "biggest software release to date." CS4's grand unveiling included the launch of CS4 Design editions, CS4 Web editions, CS4 Production Premium and Adobe Master Collection, as well as 13 point products, 14 integrated technologies and seven services. Adobe CS4 and its associated point products are due to ship in October 2008.

  • E-books have long way to go

    Companies are backing the resilience of print ahead of the launch of Sony's new electronic book reader later this week. The reader, which can store up to 160 books, features an e-paper display, and supports a range of file formats. Print and electronic media can work alongside each other but e-books certainly still have a long way to go--they're projected to account for less than 1% of the book market by 2010. What do you think?
